A very simple solution to protecting the objects of a bear’s desires is an electric fence!
Electric fencing can be frightening to people that don’t understand it or don’t know how it works. Let us do the hard work for you to help keep you, your property, and the bears safe! With 40 years of experience between us, Derek and I KNOW electric fencing for bears. We strongly believe in it (hence ditching a nice, secure full-time government job to start this business) and see it as a permanent solution to solving some aspects of human-bear conflict.
Our Process
We’re here from start to finish. We can put up a temporary fence immediately so we can all sleep at night knowing your item is safe from bears. At the same time, we will work with you to design a more permanent solution and come up with an estimate. Once we gather up the needed supplies, we’ll come out and provide you with a fence that will help you and the bears live together!

From Temporary,
to Permanent Solutions
For residents of western Nevada living in bear country, we can come out and put up a temporary electric net fence to protect your property and do a site visit to determine the size and structure of a permanent system for you. While we gather the supplies together, your property will remain protected by the temporary system. When all the pieces and parts to a permanent fence are secured, we’ll come back out, take down the temporary fence and set up a permanent structure.

And we don’t just put it up, say “See ya!” and walk away. We offer a subscription for monthly checking and maintenance of your fence along with the option of taking it down in the winter and putting it back up in the spring for you. If something has changed, we can relocate the system for you.
